Sun Vista Realty is a highly respected firm in business for over 40 years in the area. The two owners, David Grieco and Michael Lynch, will remain active in the business as top sales professionals.
With this acquisition, the former sales office located at 19139 Gulf Boulevard and rental office at 19455 Gulf Boulevard, Suite 1 in Indian Shores, will now operate as Premier Sotheby’s International Realty.
