On the heels of one of the most robust growth periods in the firm’s history, Drucker + Falk has assumed management of Cottage Grove Apartments in Newport News, VA adding an additional 552 apartments to its flagship Hampton Roads’ management portfolio. Drucker + Falk manages nearly 40,000 apartments throughout the mid-Atlantic, Southeast and Midwest United States.
Cottage Grove Apartments will be overseen by Drucker + Falk Regional Property Manager, Matt Smith.
“We’re looking forward to working with owners to make interior improvements to the property, and to enhancing community amenities for our fine residents to include the construction of a new clubhouse,” said Smith.
Cottage Grove Apartments is located in central Newport News with easy access to major interstates, connector and commuter roads, public transportation, and several of the Virginia Peninsula’s largest employers.
